BY DEED bearing date the 2nd May, 1846, expressed to be made between Kenneth Mathieson, of Kai Warra Warra, in Port Nichol. son, in the Colony of New Zealand, Ship Builder, of the Ist part; Kenneth Bethune, and Donald Gollan, of the 2nd part; John Salmon, of the 3rd part; Robert Hart, of the 4th patt ; and The several other persons whose Names and Seals are thereunto subscribed and set, being severally Creditors or Attornies of Creditors of the said Kenneth Mathieson of the sth part (which Deed is duly executed by the said Kenneth Mathieson, Kenneth Betho-nr, Donald Gollan, John SalMon, and Robert Hart, and left for Registration), the said Runneth Mathieson conveyed and assured certain freehold properties in the District of Wanganui, in the said Colony, and in the Town of Petre in the said District, aud - at Kai Warra Warra aforesaid, in the said Deed particularly described, unto the said Kenneth Beehune and Donald Gollan, their Heirs and Assigns, upon trusts (after payment of two several Debts therein mentioned or referred to) for the beneit of all other the Creditors of the said Kenneth Mathteson, subject to the covenants and provisoes therein contained. All persons claiming to be Creditors of the said Kenneth Mathieson, and desirous to avail themselves of the benefit of - the said Deed, are requested to send in the particulars of their respective claims to the undersigned.
