Captain that has entered this port, under his pilotage, have expressed themselves in the highest terms of the skill and seamanship displayed. A sufficient sum ought to be awarded to keep Mr. Calder in his situation, a situation which no man could h'll better, and a fituaijon in which he has rendered many important services to the trade of this harbour.
