The schooner ' Shamrock,' Captain Browning anivedin Port on Saturday last. Through the kindness of Mr. Haeeall, we have been put in possession of "Sydney Herald's" to the 2nd December, By this opportunity we have receired particulars of the adjourned debate, in the Home of Commons, on the 23rd July.
