NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that I, the above named Plaintiff, do intend to apply to the Supreme Court, by Petition, for an Order for the Sale of the real property of Eden IJowler, one of the above-named Defendants, to discharge the judgment deht due in the above suit from the said Defendants to me, such judgment being for work and labour done, and for monies paid, laid out, and expended as a Solicitor for and on the account of the said Defendants. And I further give notice, that the Iropertyin respect of which such Order for bale is about to be applied for, is described as follows, that is to say—All that piece or p.Mixel of land and hereditaments with the Dwelling-house thereon erected, situate and being in the Town of Welington, containing by estimation 20 rods, more or less,being part of the Town acre numbered 55-1 on the Surveyor-General cf the New Zealand Company's plan of the Town of Wellington aforesaid, bounded on the north, by part of the said lown acre, now, or late in the possession of Charles Webb; on the south, by other parts of the said acre, now, or late in the possession of certain persons, know as the Wellington Land Association; on the east, by Town acre number 056 on the said plan of the said Surveyor-Gene-ral; and on the west, by Town acre number 502 on the said plan : and containing on the north and south sides thereof 132 feet; and on the east and west sides thereof 41 feet3inches : And, also, all that piece or parcel of land or ground, situate lying-and being on Te Aro Flat, in Wellington aforesaid, together with the house and building now standing and being thereon; containing in front of Cuba-street. Te Aro Flat, aforesaid, 30 feet, or and in depth 120 feet or thereabouts, and is bounded on the west by Cuba,. Street aforesaid, on the south in part by a piece of ground now or late in the occupation of John King, Solicitor, and on the east by Taranaki Street, wnich said piece of land, house, and premises are now, or lately were in the occupation of the Defendant John Matthew Taylor.
