— RESULTS OF JUNIOR MATCHES WAITETE NOW IN THE LEAD In the junior Rugby mulch played on Rugby Park on Saturday Waitete defeated Mataura by 12 points to nil. For the winners tries were scored by Thompson, Pascoe, Armitt and Jordan. Mr A. McFarlane refereed. In the third grade competition Waitete defeated Mataura by 12 points to 3 (referee, Mr D. Anderson), while the result of the fourth grade match was a win for Arawa over Tainui by 6 points to 0 (referee, Mr R. Ainsley). At Waikino the High School Old Boys defeated the home juniors by 9 points to nil (referee, Mr N. Pratt). Waitete are now in the lead in the junior competition.
