GYMNASTIC DISPLAY
ATTRACTION AT MINERS’ HALL TO-MORROW Considerable interest is h ol ng shown in the gymnastic display to 1 e given in the Miners’ Hall to-morrow evening under the auspices of the Waihi Wrestling and Physical Culture Club. It will be entirely an exhibition of the work of the boys t’ccmselves, and as some of them an. v-;r.v young the display will start at 7.30 ■o'clock in order to allow the lads to finish in reasonable time. The enthusiasm of the gymnasts is very encouraging, and a good programme is assured. Mr C. Jones, instructor in physical culture to the Department of in'ernal Affairs, has spared no effort in arranging the training and is to be commended for the finished programme that has been drawn up. The result of his knowledge and devotion lias been well employed, and the local club is fortunate in having his services made available. Parents and others wishing to reserve seats should telephone the residence of Mr L. Graham, who is in charge of the box-office, seating, etc. Much humour is expected from the exploits of Charlie the Clown, and a? tickets have found a ready sale a full house is anticipated.
