OPENING OF NEW CINDER TRACK THIS AFTERNOON’S RACES Racing on the newly-constructed cinder track in Tauranga road will be commenced by the Waihi Cycle Club this afternoon, when the following races will be decided: Half-mile two mile, and one mile junior handicap. Conditions are said to be very good and an entertaining afternoon's sport is expected. Handicaps are as follow: Half-mile (senior): First heat— Worth, 55yds; B. Paterson, 50yds; A. Ludwig, 50yds; J.
