BIRSE—WRIGHT : • A wedding of much local interest was celebrated at St. Peter’s Church, Grey Lynn, Auckland, on Easter Monday when Miss Bertha Wright, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Wright, of Grey Lynn, was married to Mr Harry G. Birse, second eldest .son of the late Mr and Mrs Birse: of Waihi. The bride, who was given arvay by her father, wore an ankle-length frock of ivory georgette, with godlets of silk lace. She also wore a silk lace coatee. Her beautiful veil, which formed a train, was caught to the head with a spray of orange blossoms. She carried a shower bouquet of white and pale pink flowers. Miss Lily Wright, sister of the bride, and Miss Vera Birse, sister of the bridegroom, were the bridesmaids and ware dressed alike in ankle-length frocks of blue georgette.
