Public Notices. jgOROUGH OF WAIHI Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Waihi Borough Council, held on Thursday, the 3rd day of October, 1929, it was resolved by Special Order, to make Bylaws, the object and purport of which are as follows: (i) To repeal part XXI of the Bylaw made on 12th day of March, 1925, and which came into force on Ist day of April, 1925. (ii) To define the Waihi Beach Reserve. (iii) To control and limit the Speed of vehicles using the foreshore, and generally for the control of traffic on the Reserve. (iv) To control building operations on the Reserve. and (v) Generally to provide for the good rule and government of the Reserve as defined. The said Special Order will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Haszard Street, Waihi, at 7.30 p.m. on THURSDAY, the 31st day of October, 19 20. Full copies of this By-law are deposited at the offices of the Council, in Haszard Street, and at the residence of Mr N. J. Moon, Waihi Beach (caretaker of the Reserve), and are open to the inspection of the public during office hours from 21st to 31st day of October, 1929 (both days inclusive). E. C.
