Borough Connell that body deemed it advisable to move in the matter. Now, unfortunately, the same’ old cattle are being driven over the same old footpaths, which are rapidly going back to the same old dilapidate* state. Surely if those who are responsible have any thought for those wl*. reside in this end of the town they will take notice and acfc forthwith.—l am, etc., RATEPAYER..
