The story is just being released by the police and the press is devoting pages to an astounding four months’ reign of terror which was nipped in the bud by the courage and untiring energy of the authorities, who traced the culprits in Tokyo and Osaka. The gang robbed several banks and intended to kill national leaders on the anniversary of Osugi’s death.
