The Hungarian Legitimists have published a proclamation naming the Archduke France Josef Otto, eldest son of the late ex-Emperor Karl, as the" King of Austria-Hungary, and the ex-Queen Zita. as Regent. The Public Prosecutor has seized, all journals publishing tho proclamation, and will prosecute the signatories. The Government has ordered national mourning for the exEmperor.

During a Liberal Opposition banquet at Budapest bombs were thrown into the assemblage, killing six and seriously wounding forty-six.
