COMPULSORY LOAN TO BE RAISED. United Service Telegrams. (Received' 10.30 a.m.) ATHENS, April 5. The Government has introduced a Bill for a compulsory loan and providing that all holders of national bank notes must hand half the value of the notes to the Treasury, which will pay 7 per cent interest thereon.
