Speaking at a recent silting of the Viticultural Congress at Sydney Mr F. de Castella, Victorian Government Vitioirlturist, said fthat if tfie peopio could bo gradually persuaded to adopt light wines a>s their beverage it woifid do more for the good of the race and for true temperance than the most ardent prohibitionist could desire.
