The Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Amendment Bill (Nbsworthy) was read a first time. SECOND READING. Tho Native Trustee Bill (Hemes) was ,road a second time and referred to the committee. ADDRESS4N-REPLY. The Addjross-in-Reply debate was continued by Messrs S. G. Smith, A. S. Malcolm, W. T. Jennings, G. Witty, Atinore and Seddon. The debate dosed with a brief reply by Mr Hickley, and the Housui agreed to the presentation of a respectful address to His Excellency. j The House rose at 10.24. j
