A proclamation in the Gaaefte makes Part 111. of the Housing Act, 1919, applicable To the coalmining industry. Part 111, of the Act provides that the MiiiUstor of Finance may grant loans to employers for the purpose, of providing dwellings for-their employees, iiiid empowers the Ministep to borrow £250.000 annually for this purpose.' ••
