United Service Telegrams.)

(Received November 3, 8.-13 a.m.) PARIS, October 30.

The disposal of the renfainder of the Supremo Council's task is still unsettled, although various alternatives have been discussed. The Matin states that Marshal Foeh proposed that the interAllied War Council should be given enlarged powers, and entrusted with the execution of the German treaty. M. Clemeiiiceau agreed, but other representatives wished to consult their respective Governments. It is understood that America favours the League of Nations to en.'orcc the treaty.
