In the Assembly the Public Welfare Bill has been passed, the Government withdrawing tho contentious clauses. The Government has also dropped the Enemies’ Repatriation Bill, the Hon. F. S. Malan stating that most of tho enemy subjects who were reported os a danger to the State had already neen repatriated at their own request.
