PROTEST BY WATERSIDE WORKERS (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Replying to a protesi by the Waterside Workers' Union (hat more thorough measures should bays been taken in re* gard to the influenza epidemic on the Niagara, the Minister lor Public Health states that all necessary precautions were taken. The placing of the ship in quarantine would not have been justified.
