Serpell, Methodist minister at Thames, who had been ailing for some time, and was spending his vacation with his son near Te Aroha. De ceased leaves one son and a daughter. The death has occurred at Auckland of Mr John Watson, a leading member of A. and G. Price!. Ltd'., an old and highy-esteemed Thames resident.
