The directors propose a dividend ol !l:| per cent, on preference shnrcs (CIS.hII), and o per cent, on ordinary shares (t'io.OOO). also a bonus of 2) per, cent ( •dinary share* (l'l'2,oOO), anil, lo transfer to reserve fund tSB.OOO;; the balance (160,01)8) to be carried forward.
