Special to tho Daily Telograph. THAMES, thw day. Hie District Court sittings commenced to-day before Judgo Kettle. Patrick Timinins, charged with indecent aiwiull on a twelve-year-old girl, a resident of Walton, near To Arolia, plcadid not guilty. Mr. S. Mays, Crown Prosecutor, prosecuted, and Mr. E J. Cleudon defended. The alleged :ilfcnci was committed at the resideuco of the girfis father, defendant calling at the house to deliver bread. Tho defei'co wiit a complete denial of tho oficnee. The ease was unfinished when the luncheon adjournment arrived.
