M. Nelidolf, on behalf of the Conference, congratulated fll, llendult (France), to whose efforts everyone attributed the success of the scheme. At Sir Edward Fry's instance the conference decided unanimously to make tlm Prize Court a special international convention. (Deceived September 21,7.42 a.m.) Thanks were expressed to the Czar for convening the Peace Conference, and to Queen Willielmina for her hospitality,
