Prosi Association.—Copyright. (Deceived September 21,4.20 p.m.) London, September 21. Tiik Tribune has published a cablegram to the effect that Mr. Coghlan, Agent-General for Now South Wales, has cabled his Government intimating that owing to the hostile character of the Commonwealth tariff, British and Continental manufacturers are unlikely to support the proposed Sydney Exhibition. Inquiries made, at Mr. Coghlan',s office nlicited the fact that 110 such telegrams were sent.
