Whole of tjie Army Affected , St, Petersburg, Nov. 29 The spirit of revolt pervades tlit army from Vladivostok to the European frontier. ' I Tho troops iii Turkestan expresi their determination to espouse tlii people's cause, ■ Disaffection is rife in the garrison at Kara. The troops in St. Petersburg de maud changes involving the com plete remodelling of the condition of service. The Manchurian troops declare i is impossible ,to exist oil p-eace pa; and peace rations. The University at Odessa has bee closed to prevent officers and soldier holding revolutionary meetings, The revolt iB extending to th Baltic provinces' and Souther Russia. • Numbers are forming unions ,an raising the cry of" Land and corn, and threaten to take the land b force, cease paying taxes, and ej terminate all the authorities.
