By Tolezraph.—Prcas Association. Pauimiston North, this day. Tub Manmvatn Rugby Union lias disqualified one player for Hfo and three for one year for misconduct at a*Weliington, hotel. Tho men woro represontatve footballers, and tho accusation against ono was indecent conduct, and againnt the others rowdyism, bad language, and genoral misconduct.
