Berlin, September 27 At ibo Congress of tho Progressive Party at Wiesbaden, Herr Kopsch, a mombor of (be Eeiobstag, moved a resolution con. deinning tbo Government's colonial policy, and urged its abandonment, since the Motherland had expended 26 million pounds during the decade for infinitosimal results. Another deputy declared that' the colonies were so worthless that it was doubtful if an; nation would bid foe them, even if offered for sale. The resolution was oarriod unanimously.
