Plaintiff said that, her husband's hands wore not cloan, He did not keep tier, and threatened onco to tear her clothes off br,r back if she did not give him the money Bho had earned, She lived with another rann because hor husband would not leave her alone. Tho magistrate, Mr Kettle, suggested that Ford should undertake to koep the peace for twolvo months, and the man having conaonted tho application was dismissed.
