The particular undertaking proposed to bo engaged in The extension and completion of the Waterworks sehrmo, and of the repayment to the D'strjnt Fund of the Borough of the sum of 11,389 7* 4d, 2. The sum proposed to be borrowed fo such purpose is 16,C00, 3. The proposed poourity and provision for repayment of tho Lrorn : (a) A speoial rate of 3d in the pound on the nnnnnl value of all rateble property in tho Borough of Waihi. (b) The gold dutv and the goldfields revenue accruing to the Borough of Waibi.' The whole loan to be repayable in 26 years in annual repayment of 5 per cent, for interest and sinking fund out of tho District Fund of the Borough. 4.
