Thb "Waihi Goldminiog Company, with their last cetnen for the fonr weeks' period ending 9th inst., havemade areoord which beats the succession of rooords for the ' past three months. For ibe past period of four weoks tho Company orushed and treated 24,178 tons (short tonnage) of'ore for»return of bullion gained at *57,180. The previous largest return for four weeks was reaohcd for tho pwiod ending 12th Augnst last, when the company treated 24,637 tons for a return of bullion worth '156 475. The previous return, which was also'a record it that dote, was £55,470, obtained from 23,237 toss of oro, The OOntinued wiisfaotory development of the reefs in the lowest level of the mine augurs well for tha future of tbia splendid mining property, The consistency of the size of the reefs and the values of the ore, combined with tho regular and inorea'sing output, is a matter for congratulation, giving greater confidence in the stability and per-; , manoy of the field.' The total value of the bullion won to date reaohes the grand total ; of 14,825,711, and the dividends and bonuses paid to date amount to '361,802,8961 The following is the list of ' returns to date,
