A numbor of loiters wero put in, indicating that she offered inducocionts to Henderson to leave his wife, Henderson, in the course of his evidence, admitted tbe relationship with plaintiff, and gave dotnils of the meeting botween his wife and plaintiff, wkoroat Mrs, Henderson doclnrod that she would make plaintiff pay dwr for the loan of her husband, and she damonded the house from pkuDtiff. Tho result of this meotihg was that the transfer was ■njado, His wifo subsequently told him she could manago better without him bb sho bad frightened a houso out of plaintiff.
