In previous issues we touched on important sections of the Mining Amendment Bill, more especially to the provision that a company may apply to the Minister of Mines for a loan to carry on pioneer mining or to procure machinery in connection therewith, and to the section which bad reference to prospecting, under this Bill prospectors having facilities and protection which never existed before.
