London, September 13 Hkutbr's information is, supplemented by Lloyd's report that two Customs officers on boarding a- steamer in tho Gulf of Bothnia, were compelled by an armed English speaking crew of 20 to withdraw. An oxpldsioa followed after the orew's departure,
Tho name "John" and letters "to" woro not painted out. It is suggested that the steamer was tho John Grafton.
Lloyd's information from Jakoslad states that' aftor exploding, and totally wrecking the steamer, tho crew sailed south. Three thousand two hundred rifles have been landed.
[Tho above is the steamer that was cabled yesterday as having been stranded or oxplodod on an island noar Jakobstad, in European Russia. Tho cargo qonsistod of magazine rifles and revolvers.]
