For tho prosecution it is allege* that Bromloy had a riilo carrying a bullet liko that which killed deceased, and that a belt found undor the body had evidently boen torn from one of the assailants, as it was such as Bromlev used to woar, In doccneod's'liaml was a portion of a neckerchietliko ono that Stott wore. Tho latter was known to be impecunious, but a day or two after the murder he was Hashing money about, producing note after note. Concerning this money he told'different stories,
