It ia not tho first time by many that tho gas has gono out during aniertaiimicnls, mid tlio place full of people left in utter darkness, If a panic occurred tho conscqucuco would bo fot'ious, As tho coiil |> ; is will be in use raon it would bo a pity to D ut the proprietor,) to uny great cxpeuse just no,v; but 1 would .suggest that tho Inspector insist upon it few lieroscno lumps being Isept alight during tho whole of tho enlei'tainmenta in fatnre, especially ut tho entrances and in ilic main hall. Tho show last night was it tip lop one, worthy of any largo city, mill it wai a great pii.y the lights went out when they did, a< it must have boen very vexatious to tho performers, as well as irritating to tho audience,—l am, cte., Light
