H, Bongo; vice-presi-dents, Messrs W. H. Horries, M.H.E., end 0. llhodosi (It wits decided to limit tho vice-presidents to two); secrotary nnd treasurer, Mr, E. W. Cive. Considerable discussion took place ail to whether districts should he formed, but on tho motion of Mr. Gibson, secondod by Mr Tyson, it was decided that cricket bo carried on on tho samo lines as last year. It was decided, on tho motion of Ifo MoLomma, scrondod by Mr. Morpeth, that throo dolegatos be oioctod from oach dab to form a committeo of general macagotuons, togothor with tho president a"ud scorotary, Junior olnbs to be roprosonted by two dolegatos only. On tho motion of Mr Gibson, seoonded by Mr Leslio, it was deoidod that a club winning the junior championship twice in succession must, if thoy already havo'a senior team, pat another ono in for the following season, and, if a junior club, must unter for tho senior season,
Tho Secretary was instructeed to writo to tho Borough Council for permission to mo tho paddock noar tho hospital for cricket, and also to tho Waihi Goldminiug Company for use of tho Company's flvo aero paddock fir praotico purpose's, Jt wiu decided to obtain ecroons for nso at tho mtucl'o?, On tho motion pi Mr, Gibson, seconded by Mr. finnan, it was decided that sonior clubs should contribute i!2 %, aud jttuior clubs £1 Is to tho funds of tho Association, in addition to tho registration fee, Mr. Gibson proposed, and Mr. Leslio soconded, that a sub-committee bo formed from the dologates, to draw up By-laws, and that these Bylaws bo printed and issued to players. -Carried. A voto of thanks to tho chairman closed tho proceedings.
