Mr Ramsay McDonald, secretary to tbo representative committee, interviewed, said: "We do not propose to interfero with international arrangements or tbe colonics' fiscal matters, but are anxious that they should not throw their weight in favour of a movement which tho Homo Labour Party oppose."
