Mode (a) by payment in cash of the capital value thereof at any time not less than 25 yoars from tho date of his lease, in which caso tho payments under the lease shall be at the rate of six por centum per annum, on the oapital valuo of tho worker's dwelling (being five per cent for rent, and ono pw cent for dopreciction), in addition to tho cost of insuring the t dwelling from firo at its full insurable value; or (mode b) by paymont of the caphal valuo by monthly' payments extending (at tho option of the lessee) over a period of 32 years or 41 years, in which caso the paymonts undor the leaso shall be at tho rato of 7 per cent, per annum on oapital valuo (being 6'per cont. for rent, and 1 por cent for depreciation), in addition to the cost of insurance as aforesaid; or (mode c) by an inouranco onhisiifeas provided by section hereof. Tho monthly payments under niodo b chall bo in addition to tbo rent reserved by the lease, and shall bo payablo asront; Tho amount of such monthly paymonts shall bo computed as follows(a) If the period is 32 years, then at tho rate of 2 per cent, per annum on the capital vuluo of tho worker's dwolling fixed as aforesaid, or (b) if 42 years, then at tho rato of 1} por cent, per annum. 10, If the lessoß desires to adopt mods C the following provisions shall apply: (a) ho shall insuro his life with the Government Insurance Commissioner for tbo amount oi the capital value of tho worker's dwelling; (b) such insurance shall bo for any term prescribed for modo A or B, at tho end of which ho desires to aequiro tho ■ Ireehold, and shall be at such yurly pre- !' aiium as may bo proscribed by tho Govornmont Insurance Commissioner, so as to produce at the expiration of such term or on his death beforo such expiry tho amount insured, (c) Tho premium so i, proscribed shall bo regularly paid by ttio lessee,' end tho insurance policy shall bo deposited with tho Land Board; (d) on tbo D maturing of the policy moneys shall bo xi paid to the Board. 11, Whenever the full amount of the capital valuo is paid the lease shall (if tho rent and othor payuionts, have bean paid, and the Laud Board is satisfied that tho conditions and covenants cont'iincd in the D lonso havo been duly observed and performed) tho lessee shall bo outitlod' to receive from tho district laud registrar a cerlificato of titlo for his worker's dwell- "" '"R I l| I'2.
