The resolutons arrived at by conference 0 toachers, iuspoctor-goneral of schools, and tho Government actuary are now available 1 Tho conference resolvod to ask tho Govom. raont to subsfdiso tbo toachers' superannuation by an amount in tho statutory grant sufficient to meet tbo estimated atonal deficit; tlia. teachers bo allowed to retire at sixty, and retirement to bo compulsory at sixty five, the ponsicn to be one-sixtieth of tho total snlwy received during all the years of service; females oan retiro at fiftyfive, and compulsory retirement at sixty. Provision is rnado for a refund of lrionoy paid in case of retirement from teaobicg or death, tho maximum pensiou not to exceed thirty-six-sixtietns or forfcy-aixtieths of Hi 9 average salary during the years of service
