London, May 19 Thb Privy Council has rehued special loavo to iippeal from Iho decision of Iho High Court of Austr J'ra in the oao Leahy versus Clouijh, wliicli aro.ie out of tbo in qiiiry ot t.-.o ltoyal Commission into tbo working of tho Mnohtno Shearers' lJnion,Loahy,Reeretary of the union, on tho information of C. Cough, was fined for refusing to give evidence before tho Commission in New South Walos, and tho Full Court decided against the fine on the ground that the Commission was illegal. The High Court roversed tho Full Court's decision, and Leahy, sought leave to appeal to tho Privy Counoil.
