TO THE BDITOB ■ Sir,-I think it is about _ time that, proper inspection of the milk sold in Waihi was made. The milk consumption ' here is great, and I know that if an/inspector were to visit some of the places wbero . milk ib told it would about turn him up: A number of people here have one or two cows;they keep no proper dairy; and their plaoos—ab, woll tho least said about cleanliness tbe better. ) Now, overyone knows that fever germ3are often distri* buted through the medium,of milk.
