London, May 19 THE Daily Telegraph's Tokio correspondent reportß that the Admiralty consider it possible to raise and repair the warships Pereavitj Poltava, Refcvizan, Pobieda, Bayan, and Pallada, which lie sunk in Port Arthur harbour, at a cost of £150,000 each. Later. The cruiser Pallada was raised al Port Arthur early on Tuesday.
