The liver was much enlarged, and the abdomen was full ol fluid. Tbo oanse of death was syncope, due to fatty degeneration of tho heart, There were no marks of violence onthebody, J. E, A, Tolnier deposed that ho vieitedthe deceased's residence in Consolsstreet about dinner time yesterday (Wpd rtesday), Deceased was sitting on a chair, apparently asleep. He colled to him, and, getting no answer, cnuie to the conclusion that something was wrong, whereupon he went away, aud, mooting Mr 6. Colebrook and Mr Laurie, told'them of what he had seen.
