London, May 10 In tbo House of Lords the Archbishop of Canterbury dealt with the Koyal Com. mission's report were the outrages upon tho natives of WestraHa. Lord LMwdowno confessed that he had read the report with indignation and with afeoling of humiliation that such things could happen under tho British flag.
