The magistrate, Mr Dyer, dismissed the caso, holding that the licensee was acting lawfully. 'Vbfin- supplying liquor (o lodgers on Sunday, tho licenses was entitled to go 'o the bar without secrecy and carry a light, but thoro must be no undno delay by keeping tho bar open. Mr Long held that the police had been justified in bringing the case, as there was ho previous ruling.
