The Mayor of Ohicago is undertaking to protect non-unionist negro teamsters by enrolling 900 additional polioc. Tho employers have consented not to aim tho non-unionist omployeos with rifles. Novortucless, frequent collisions aro occurring. In one instance 3000 strikers nearly overpowered the negroes. The polioe ultimately raaoaod thorn with great diffioulty.
