Farewell Speech by Gol. Collins By Telegraph.—Press Association. WiunaiON, this day. The Bisley Team, which leaves to-day, was. sworn in this morning, this being necessary for service outside the, colony. Major Hughes, in replying, said that he had no anxiety as to the result of the trip, and had mapped out a system of practice, etc , which he hoped would be effectual at Home. , The team go by the Corinthic this afternoon. .
