Press iuooijtion.—CopyrightRomb, April 19. Th» railway strike is collapsing. The Chamber passed the State Management Railways Bill by 306 votes to 34. The minority wore Booialists. At thousand poasant sympathisers with the striken attacked tho police at Fogga and stoned the troop*, who fired. Another thousand then joined the rioters, some using revolvers against the troops, who again fired, killiug three and wounding seven.
