(Received April 14tb, 9,23 a.m.) London, April 14 The Japanese are strongly entrenching Ttulinshu, Many additional batteries and redoubts have been erected at Yladivostook, and an enormous supply of stores is accumulating. It is reported that the garrison will be inoreased to a hundred thousand, with five hundred guns. ' Count Okumt, interviewed at Tokio, said that the Russians would be deprived of all strategical advantages in the Far East, and would not be allowed to keep any fleets on the Chinese or Japanese coasts, tie said also that Port Arthur, Vladivostok and Saghalion must be annexed.
