Mr, G'ottbh, solicitor, acting on behalf of tho Waihi Printing and Publishing Company, has commenced an action against the Mayor, and Councillors of Waihi, claiming substantial damages for injuringthoir property by the cutting in Mp-strcet The claim includes damago to property, ani oonseqtteit loss to business and the cost of romoyul to another site.
